Terms of payment and cancellation

Conceptual program and estimated program cost –no charge

Registration – $350 per person

25% – Confirmation of personalized program   

*Certain activities and courses may require additional advance payment.

25% – due no later than 60 days before program start date

Balance – due no later than 21 days before program start date.  

Cancellation fee policy:

*Due to the personalized nature of the program, cancellation fee varies according to the selected suppliers, accommodations, courses, and activities.

Cancellation made up to 90 days before the program start date – no cancellation fee

Cancellation between 90 days and 60 days before the program start date – 10%

Cancellation made between 60 and 30 days before the program start date  – 25%

Cancellation  made between 30 and 3 days before the program start date  – 50%

Cancellation  made 3 days before the program start date or later (including no shows) – 80%

No show  – 100%.

Use our simple-to-use checklist to tell us about your interests, hobbies and dreams for your ideal long stay in Thailand, and our highly trained professional team will develop a preliminary personalized program for you, including a cost estimate and a registration form, at no cost. Our team will be available by email, telephone, or Zoom to discuss your program and answer any questions you may have.
  1. Secure your place and register
To secure availability and receive a Detailed Personalized Program  for your stay, complete the registration form  and transfer a down payment in the amount of US$ 250 through our website (or electronic bank transfer). Your Detailed Personalized Program will include a detailed itinerary, list of accommodations, included courses/classes/activities, details of your personal concierge/assistant, and other included services.  Your Detailed Personalized Program will also include the full terms and conditions of participation, and cancellation policies relevant to your Personalized Program. Our team will be available by email, telephone, or Zoom to refine your program and answer any questions you may have.
  1. Approve your Detailed Personalized Program
Simply approve Detailed Personalized Program. You have up to 45 days before your planned date of arrival to finalize your payment (or an installment plan). Cancellation policy: When you book your program, you can purchase cancellation insurance so that a change in plans is no problem. With cancellation insurance, you maintain flexibility to change the dates and details of your program, or even cancel your reservation, at no extra cost.
